• Yes! You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime BEFORE the 10th of the month through your account; never any pressure!

• You can easily manage your HugMail subscription right from your account! Simply log in to your account using the same email you used at checkout. From there, click “Manage Subscription” to update your address, pause or skip a month, or make other changes!

• Please note! Any subscription changes or cancelations made ON or AFTER the 10th will start the following month! Refunds cannot be issued for the current month once it has begun, so please be sure to make any updates before the 10th to ensure they apply on time!

If you subscribe by November 22nd, you'll get November's HugMail! If you subscribe after the 22nd, you will be receiving December's HugMail. The billing cycle is the 10th of each month so be sure to subscribe by the 10th of the month to receive that months HugMail (ie. For December's HugMail, subscribe by December 9th).

Of course! And what a great gift that would be! Just put your friends address as the shipping address at check-out, and they will be sent a warm HugMail every month!

For the time being, HugMail is only a subscription service. But! No worries! HugMail is stress-free and allows you to cancel, pause, skip, future subscriptions. Sign-up and make sure to update your account before the following months billing cycle (the 10th of the month!)
